This User Agreement is concluded between you ("You" or "User") and Betelgeuse Trading Platform ("we", "us", "our", "ours", "Betelgeuse", or, the "Platform"). By using, accessing, or attempting to use or access Betelgeuse website (https://www.betelgeuse.com), Apps and any other services provided by Betelgeuse or affiliated companies thereof (the "Services"), it will be deemed that you have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions specified in this User Agreement and Privacy Policy ("Agreement"), as well as the amendments and updates which we may make thereto, and any other agreements, terms, conditions, guidelines, rules, or written instructions, as published by Betelgeuse on its website, Apps, or other Services and amendments and changes thereto, from time to time (altogether as the "Legal Documents"). If you do not agree or otherwise understand the nature of this Agreement and the Legal Documents, do not access Betelgeuse or use the corresponding Betelgeuse Services.

BY MAKING USE OF Betelgeuse SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: (1) YOU ARE AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRANSACTIONS OF DIGITAL ASSETS AND THEIR DERIVATIVES; (2) YOU SHALL ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO THE USE OF Betelgeuse SERVICES AND TRANSACTIONS OF DIGITAL ASSETS AND THEIR DERIVATIVES; AND (3) Betelgeuse SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SUCH RISKS OR ADVERSE OUTCOMES.

4.3. All transactions on the Platform are carried out under the terms set by the user, and the Platform is not responsible for any potential losses from trading.

5. Risks Associated with Using the Platform

5.1. Market Volatility Risk

Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile, meaning their prices can fluctuate sharply. You should understand that trading cryptocurrencies involves the risk of significant financial losses due to market instability. The Platform is not responsible for any losses resulting from changes in market conditions.

5.2. Risk of Loss of Funds

The Platform provides tools for trading cryptocurrencies but does not guarantee profits. You agree that the risk of losing invested funds rests solely with you.
